Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the fireflytourbali.com website (the “Service”) operated by Firefly Tour Bali (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made through our online booking system on the Site. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor, PayPal. By making a booking, you agree to provide complete and accurate payment and contact information. A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation from us via email.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
To cancel a booking, you must contact us directly via email.
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a reschedule to another available date or a full refund.
Participant Responsibilities
Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following:
- Health and Fitness: You confirm that you and all members of your party are in good physical health and have a suitable level of fitness for the chosen activity. Please read the “Activity Level” and “Important Health Note” sections on each tour page carefully. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.
- Following Instructions: You agree to follow the safety instructions and guidance provided by our guides at all times. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the tour without a refund.
- Respectful Behavior: You agree to act in a respectful manner towards our guides, our local community, and the natural environments we visit.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in adventure activities such as trekking, cycling, ATV riding, and rafting carries inherent risks. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Firefly Tour Bali, its employees, and its guides will not be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting from your participation in our tours.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
