Booking & Payment
The easiest and fastest way to book is directly through our website. Simply visit the page for the tour you’re interested in, select your date and number of guests, and follow the simple booking steps. If you need any assistance, you can always reach out to us via WhatsApp.
We use PayPal for our online bookings, which allows you to pay securely with your PayPal account or most major credit cards.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
Between 3 and 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total price.
Less than 3 days before the tour date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
For groups of 4 or more, the prices you see on our website have already been adjusted to offer the best possible value for your group. We believe in providing fair and affordable pricing for everyone from the start.
Our Tours & Experiences
Yes, absolutely. For our tours that include a meal, such as the Firefly Tour and the Cooking Class, we can happily cater to most common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Please be sure to mention your specific requirements in the notes section when you make your booking.
Most of our experiences are wonderful for families! The Cooking Class, Firefly Tour, and cultural workshops are great for all ages. For more adventurous tours like the Mount Batur Hike or the ATV Adventure, we provide a recommended minimum age on the tour page for safety. If you have any questions about a specific tour’s suitability for your children, please contact us.
ali’s weather can be unpredictable! Light, passing rain usually doesn’t stop our tours, and we can provide rain ponchos to keep you comfortable. In the rare case of very heavy rain or weather that makes an activity unsafe (like for hiking or rafting), we will contact you immediately to reschedule your tour for another day or provide a full refund.
Logistics & General Info
This depends on the specific tour. Many of our tours, like the Mount Batur Hike, include complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the central Ubud area. For other tours, like our workshops or adventure activities, we offer hotel transport as a convenient, paid add-on service. Please check the “What’s Included” section on each individual tour page for clear details.
We always recommend comfortable clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes for any of our active tours. For water activities, please bring your swimwear. For cultural and temple visits, respectful attire (covering shoulders and knees) is appreciated. Each tour page has a specific “What to Wear” section with detailed recommendations.
